Thank you for considering AM&C as a next step in building your career.

From humble beginnings and with a lot of blood sweat and tears!!, we started the journey in 2008 as Elite Retaining Systems providing stabilisation strategies for marine and civil industries throughout Queensland. Working hard for our respected and trusted reputation within the industry, Elite Retaining became known for outstanding service delivery, smart solutions delivered on time and within budget. In 2013 we began a two-year transition from Elite Retaining Systems and finally in 2015 the company name change was officially completed to better illustrate our capacity to current and prospective clients. Today we are proud to have become one of the leaders in Marine and Civil throughout Queensland and Australia.



As the founders/owners we invite you to be a part of our ongoing journey. We ask that you take special note of the company values, as they are the foundation of the company culture and they guide operations at every level.
